The DPWH - SAMAR 2nd DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the BEFF FY 2025 intends to apply the sum indicated hereunder being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following procurement projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, viz:
