1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Bohol 1st District Engineering Office, through the NEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 7,920,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25HA0070. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Public Works and Highways - Bohol 1st District Engineering Office is conducting this procurement through the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for FY 2025.
