1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-District Engineering Office, Agusan del Norte, through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS AND 93/100 ONLY (Php 2,256,445.93) being the ABC to payment of the items under Contract ID No. 25GSNA0002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
