1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros Occidental 3rd District Engineering Office, Kabankalan City, thru its Bids and Awards Committee, through the FY 2025 EAO intends to apply the sum of Php 331,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GRC0011 - Procurement of Customized Binders for use in various sections, DPWH, Negros Occidental 3rd District Engineering Office, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros Occidental 3rd District Engineering Office, Kabankalan City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
