PROCUREMENT OF DIESEL FUEL FOR USE IN THE MAINTENANCE DREDGING OF TAMOGONG RIVER AND ITS TRIBUTARIES USING AMPHIBIOUS EXCAVATOR 08 (K4-14) AT BAIS CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros Island Region, thru its Bids and Awards Committee, through the 01101101 - Regular Agency Fund - General Fund - New General Appropriations - Specific Budgets of National Government Agencies intends to apply the sum of Php 1,760,101.60 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GR0007 - Procurement of diesel fuel for use in the Maintenance dredging of Tamogong River and its tributaries using Amphibious Excavator 08 (K4-14) at Bais City, Negros Oriental Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
