Description : Procurement of ICT Equipment for use in the DPWH-Negros Island Region

1) The Department of Public works and Highways Negros Island Region (DPWH - NIR) Regional Office, through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 Current intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Six Hundred Sixty Six Thousand two Hundred Twenty Three & 94/100 Pesos (P 11,666,223.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Public works and Highways Negros Island Region (DPWH - NIR) Regional Office now invites bids for Procurement of ICT Equipment for use in the DPWH-Negros Island Region using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 CD upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
