INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOP AND DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR USE IN REGIONAL OFFICE (NIR)

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros island Region, thru its Bids and Awards Committee, through the FY 2025 EAO intends to apply the sum of Php 7,878,045.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GR0001 - Procurement of Laptop and Desktop Computers for use in Regional Office (NIR) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Negros Island Region now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose values must be at least 50% of the ABC.
