2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Sultan Kudarat 2nd District Engineering Office, now invites bids for
the above Procurement projects. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) working days.Bidders should have
completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to
