1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City 3rd District Engineering Office), through the Engineering Administrative Overhead (EAO) intends to apply the sum of Php 4,986,259.77 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GLK02 (PR No: 02-002-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao City 3rd District Engineering Office) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 C.D. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
