1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (Davao Oriental 1st District Engineering Office) through the FY 2025 GAA, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT PESOS AND 70/100 ONLY (PHP556,198.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under Contract I.D No. 25GLF0064 - Supply and delivery of various welding materials for use in the repair of various service vehicle and heavy equipment of DPWH Davao Oriental First DEO, Baganga CY-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
