1.The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Davao del Sur District Engineering Office (DEO), through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 Current intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos Only (Php 4,999,998.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GLD0053. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
