1.The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Davao del Sur District Engineering Office (DEO), through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 Current intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos and 73/100 Only (Php 4,999,997.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GLD0052. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The DPWH, Davao del Sur DEO now invites bids for the hereunder Procurement Project:
