1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Davao del Sur District Engineering Office (DEO), through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 Current intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Twelve Pesos Only (Php 186,012.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID No. 25GLD0045. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
