1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the DA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 14,925,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25GL0120 - CONCRETING OF BRGY. LIMA-LIMA FMR, BRGY. LIMA-LIMA, ISABELA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
