1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 29,700,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25GL0113 - CONSTRUCTION OF BINALBAGAN RIVER BANK SLOPE PROTECTION STRUCTURE AT BRGY. SAN JOSE, BINALBAGAN, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, PHASE II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
