1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cagayan de Oro City 1st District Engineering Office through the ENGINEERING ADMINISTRATIVE OVERHEAD (EAO) FY 2025 RA 12116 REGULAR CURRENT intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Ninety - Six Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen Pesos and 71/100 (Php. 5,696,214.71) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. 2025-04-133. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
