X 2.2m x 4.5mm thk, etc. For use in the Repair/Maintenance of National Roads and Bridges Installation of Double Roller Safety Barrier System along: Dipolog-Oroquieta Road, Brgy. Tutua, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte K1819+960- K1820+042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
