1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office IX, Veterans Avenue Extension, Tetuan, Zamboanga City, through the GOP CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php1,075,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GJ00013 - Procurement of Generic Analysis Design Software (2D) to be used in Highway Design Section under Planning and Design Division, DPWH RO-IX, Veterans Avenue Extension, Tetuan, Zamboanga City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
