1. The Department of Public Works and Highways - Northern Samar Second Dis-trict Engineering Office, through the Sub-Allotment No. SR2025-02-006179 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOU-SAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-NINE PESOS AND TWENTY CENTAVOS only (Php 1,999,849.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GII0001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
