The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office, through the funds Routine Maintenance 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One Pesos and Ten Centavos Only (₱ 2,152,641.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to one (1) lot as payment under the contract for Purchase/delivery of paints for repainting of guardrails, bridge railings, KM and signages post along Eastern Samar road network ID No. 25GIB0037 (Re-advertised) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
