1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office, through the funds EAO 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 2,990,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to one (1) lot as payment under the contract for Purchase of Diesel for various DPWH service Vehicles used in the supervision of various projects with Contract ID No. 25GIB0030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
