1) The DPWH Iloilo 6th District Engineering Office through the FY 2025 RA 12116 intends to apply the sum of PHP 5,499,998.15 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Design System and Software for the use of Planning and Design Section and Construction Section, DPWH Iloilo 6th DEO, Brgy. Malusgod, Pototan, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
