1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Iloilo 3rd District Engineering Office, through the Fund 01101101 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Pesos (P 4,989,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GGH0004 - Purchase of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) used for aerial surveying and 3D mapping of Planning and Design Section. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
