1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Antique District Engineering Office, San Jose, Antique, through the EAO 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 4,995,730.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No.: 25GGB07 - Procurement of Laboratory Equipment for use of Quality Assurance Section, DPWH, San Jose, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Antique District Engineering Office, San Jose, Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 CD. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
