1. The DPWH, Iloilo 2nd District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 - Sugarcane Industry Development Act (SIDA) intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php 22,980,622.51 to payments under the contract 25GG0241 - CONCRETING OF BRGY. BALABAG PROPER TO SITIO AGBALATONG ROAD, ANILAO, ILOILO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
