1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Camarines Sur 3rd District Engineering Office, through the Engineering & Administrative Overhead (EAO) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 11,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GFF0002- Procurement of Sub-Soil Exploration Equipment and Accessories for use in Quality Assurance Section (QAS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
