1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Camarines Sur 2nd District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Pesos and Ninety Two Centavos (Php1,475,812.92) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GFE0012 - SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR PAVEMENT AND TRAFFIC SERVICES MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL ROADS - CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
