1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Camarines Sur 2nd District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Two Pesos and Seventy Centavos (Php2,098,582.70) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GFE0002 - PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR TRAFFIC SERVICE MAINTENANCE OF NATIONAL ROADS AND BRIDGES - CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
