The DPWH Iloilo 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 19,600,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25GF0069 - Construction of Sibalom River Flood Control Project including Access Road, Tigbauan, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
