  The DPWH Cavite 1st District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act FY
  2025 intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO
  THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P11,252,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract
  for 25GDF0005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
  opening.
  The DPWH Cavite 1st DEO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of
