The DPWH Cavite 1st District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act FY
2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND
PESOS ONLY (P4,806,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GDF0004.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
