CONTRACT ID NO. 25GDC12
1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas III District Engineering Office, J. Gonzales St., Barangay 4, Tanauan City, Batangas, thru its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the EAO intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seventy Eight Thousand Twenty Pesos Only (PHP2,078,020.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract ID No. 25GDC12 with Contract Duration of 90 CD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas III District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within (5) five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project whose values must be at least 50% of the ABC.
