1. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas III District Engineering
Office, J. Gonzales St., Barangay 4, Tanauan City, Batangas, thru its Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC), through the EAO intends to apply the sum of Two Million Ninety
Thousand Pesos Only (PHP2,090,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract ID No. 25GDC0001 with Contract
Duration of 60 CD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas III District Engineering
Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
