The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office (T2DEO), through the GAA FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 13,899,430.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 25GCK14 - Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment and Office Supplies for use in the Operation of DPWH - Tarlac 2nd District Engineering Office, San Francisco, Concepcion, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
