Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 25GCI0003
1. The DPWH-Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office, through FY 2025 RA 12116 REG 2025 CURRENT SR2025-02-006206 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 6,093,410.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract Contract ID No. 25GCI0003 - Supply of Various Materials for use in Patching Potholes, Sealing of Cracks, Repainting of Pedestrian Lane, Center Line, Edge Line, Crubs, Wheelguards and KM Post and Traffic Safety along Various National Roads within 1st District of Pampanga (1st Quarter) at DPWH - Pampanga 3rd DEO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-Pampanga 3rd District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Duration of Services is required by Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
