INVITATION TO BID FOR 25GCF08

1. The DPWH-Nueva Ecija 2nd DEO, through the SR2025-02-004607 dtd. 02/04/25, SR2025-02-004615 dtd. 02/04/25, SR2025-02-004619 dtd. 02/04/25, SR2025-02-004624 dtd. 02/04/25, SR2025-02-004631 dtd. 02/04/25 intends to apply the sum of Php 11,498,774.46 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GCF08 - Procurement of Heavy Equipment, Electric Vehicle and Service Vehicle for use in Maintenance Section Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Note: Bidders shall have the option of submitting a proposal on any or all lots and evaluation and contract award will be undertaken on a per lot basis. However, bids for each Lot shall not exceed the ABC of each particular Lot.
