The DPWH-Isabela 3rd District Engineering Office, through Annual Maintenance Work Program (AMWP) 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 3,498,208.56 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract ID 25GBG02:Furnishing and Delivery of Asphalt Cement Hot Mix and Emulsified Asphalt SS1 for use along Jct. National Potia Road and Alicia - San Mateo Road, Jct. National Potia Road; Alicia - San Mateo Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
