1. The DPWH -Cagayan 2nd District Engineering Office, through the Engineering Administrative Overhead 2025 (EAO 2025) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos and 00/100 (₱ 7,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GBC08 - Furnishing/Delivery of High-Speed Photocopying Machine for use in the District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
