The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Department Public Works and Highways (DPWH) La Union Second District Engineering Office, San Joaquin Sur, Agoo, La Union, will conduct SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the RA 9184.
