1. The DPWH Ilocos Sur 2nd District Engineering Office, Candon City, Ilocos Sur, through 01101101-Regular Agency Fund -General Fund-New General Appropriations-Specific Budgets of National Government Agencies (SR2025-03-009823 and SR2025-02-006281) and 01105565- Regular Agency Fund-General Fund-Unprogrammed Funds-Maintenance, Repair and Rehabilitation of Infrastructure Facilities (Routine Maintenance of National Roads) (SR2025-02-006140) intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following projects with corresponding Contract Identification Numbers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
