  Description : 1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I, through the Various EAO intends to apply the sum of Php 17,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Electric Road Maintainer and Dropside Truck in Region I with Contract ID No. 25GA00035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Electric Road Maintainer and Dropside Truck in Region I using the [State strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any]. Delivery of the Goods is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
