  Description : 1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I, through the Various Engineering and Administrative Overhead intends to apply the sum of Php 1,988,927.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Hardware, Construction and Janitorial Supplies to be used by DPWH Regional Office I and Various Dredging Sites affected by Typhoon Emong with Contract ID No. 25GA00032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
