Description : 1) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I, through the Various Engineering and Administrative Overhead intends to apply the sum of Php 3,418,019.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Rehabilitation, Purchase, Delivery and Installation of Road Sensor to be used in the Conduct of Traffic Count Survey within Region I with Contract ID No. 25GA00031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I now invites bids for Repair and Rehabilitation, Purchase, Delivery and Installation of Road Sensor to be used in the Conduct of Traffic Count Survey within Region I using the [State strategic consideration or procurement strategy, if any].
