Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office I, through the Various EAO intends to apply the sum of Php 3,494,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase and Delivery of Fuel and Container Bunk House for Amphibious Excavator with DPWH No. K4-96 and it's Support Equipment in connection with the Dredging Operation at Mestizo River, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. with Contract ID 25GA00024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office I now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 151 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
