1) The Department of Public Works and Highways Regional Office VI through the RA 11524 Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 8,258,500.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25G00091 (Rebid) - Completion of Shared Processing Facility - Virgin Coconut Oil (premium building). Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
