1) The Masbate 3rd District Engineering Office, through the SR2025-09-021497 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos and Eighty-Five Centavos Only (Php9,955,183.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Classrooms, Dimasalang CS, Dimasalang, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Masbate 3rd District Engineering Office now invites bids for the Complete construction of (7.00 m x 31.50m plus corridor 2.50m) One(1)-Storey Three(3)-Classroom School Building with common toilet, handwashing area at both sides, reinforced gutter, PWD ramp with handrails, window grilles at front and rear windows, and parapet wall. Completion of the Works is required (240 Calendar Days). Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
