1. The DPWH Camarines Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Four Million Five Hundred Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and 72/100 (Php 144,507,995.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Mangga Coastal Road, Sipocot, Camarines Sur (Segment A)/25FD0116. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH Camarines Sur 1st District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
