The DPWH Camarines Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Million Two Hundred Ninety One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty and 67/100 (Php 140,291,330.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Road, Upper Sta. Cruz, Ragay, Camarines Sur/25FD0088. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH Camarines Sur 1st District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
