1. The DPWH Camarines Sur 1st District Engineering Office, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY - 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Nine Million Seven Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Eight and 85/100 (Php 109,768,488.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/Reconstruction of Roads with Slips, Slope Collapse, and Landslide - Primary Roads - Rolando R. Andaya Highway K0338 + 725 - K0338 + 875/25FD0058. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
