1. The DPWH - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office, through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 2,970,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction (Completion) of Slope Protection at Barangay Sta. Cruz, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro/25EI0139. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
